Buffalo hair come from combing our buffalo hides. There is no leather on the fur. The bison hair is sold by the bag.

Bison jaws are used for crafting old war clubs and classroom identification. All the bison jaws are professionally cleaned.

Bison hump bones are used for crafting old war clubs and classroom identification. Average 13” to 16” long. Professionally cleaned. Bison hump bones are used mostly for war clubs. These bison bones are hard to get so we have a limited amount every year.

Bison horns are an average 14'' long, off the bull bison. Buffalo horns are used to make powder horns, spoons, buttons, cups, and other craft items. Average 10” to 13”

Water buffalo bone spearhead. Used for spear making and decoration.

Buffalo hats are USA made right here at the Claw Antler and Hide with the finest grade winter furs. All hats are adjustable so they fit all sizes and they come with a comfortable fleece lining. The hats are made in store year round so they can be custom ordered with the features you want. Such as, with or without faces, tails and feet. Also we can add addition tails, buffalo horns, beading, bills, and chin straps.

This spoon is made from the American bison. These are just the cut outs so you can make your own finished and polishes buffalo horn spoon. The finished product looks like the spoon with the red on it. All rough cuts come with instructions on how to make a finished spoon.

This spoon is made from the American bison with beading on the handle and horse hair dangles.

Bone arrowheads are crafted from water buffalo bones. Used for decorating or crafting. Approximately 3 inches long.

Replica buffalo nickel concho. Conchos are used for decoration leather, horse bridles, belts and much more.

Bison skulls are used for house decoration, skull painting and classroom identification. These skulls are professionally cleaned with no bullet hole in the forehead like you see on most out there. We have bull skulls in Large (3 years old), Extra large (6 years old) and XX Large (10 years or older) Used for ceremonies, decoration in your home.

These are half hides that average 25 square feet. Good for moccasins, bags chaps and other similar projects They run about 3/16 thick. We have many colors and sizes of buffalo or bison leather. All our buffalo leg bones are professionally cleaned and the marrow removed so they are not grease. Average 7'' long. Used for carving, knife handles, scrapers and piercing bone for sun dance. Front leg bone wide and flatter and back legs more round.

Buffalos shoulder bone is cleaned and about 16'' long. Bison shoulder bones are used for carving, primitive hoe/axes, knives, classroom identification and other craft items.

Bull buffalo hide length is 88” X 88” wide.

Our Buffalo hides all have deep, lush winter fur. Few if any holes, soft supple leather, with tails. They are tanned by the best tannery in the USA. The bull bison are longer heavier furred and have thicker leather which makes them heavier. Bulls are used for rugs, robes, and moccasins. Cow bison are lighter in weight and can be used for rugs, bedding, robes, coats, vests, hats, mitts, and other clothing apparel. Inquire about less grade hides for crafts as we get a few of them now and then.

Great plains buffalo ball bag. Dried Buffalo ball bags are used as a pouch or a great gift for your friends. Each bag varies is size and shape.  Made from the scrotum of bull bison. Summer bags have shorter hair. Winter bags have longer hair and are generally bigger. They hang from a leather strap and typically used to hang around and have people ask you what they are. People have put saran wrap in them and used them as peanut cups. Great gift for somebody that has everything! We also have a bag that is flat on the bottom and used for a dice cup or drink koozies all of these bags are dried not tanned.

Cleaned and ready to use for what ever craft item you have in mind. Typically used for making rattles and hanging off of walking sticks. We have a limited supply every year.    

Bison teeth are professionally cleaned. Buffalo teeth are used for necklaces and crafting. These are from the american buffalo/bison, not the water buffalo from India that usually have holes drilled in them. You will also notice that the teeth are more round then flat on the ends of the tooth and not as big . Most companies sell the water buffalo teeth, we do not.

These beautiful bison mounts are from 3 year old bulls. Size average is 27'' wide x 47'' long and stick out from the wall at 37''. They will decorate and be the center attraction of any home, office, cabin or man cave.

These bison tails are tanned and ready for use on any of your projects for crafting and decorating purses, hats, bags, motorcycles, collars or what ever else you can think of .

We sell only 1# tails online. No stiff, shedding, broken or fur rubbed tails like most other stores do at cheaper prices. The lower grade tails are weeded out and sold in our scrape bins. As with all furs, it is possible to sell the best and be the cheapest . Average 16’’ long.
